I need to thank all the people that helped create this album, by pushing me to keep driving, keep singing and keep writing. Thanks to Will Cummings for committing so much time and effort to this project, and going out of his way to make something we're both so proud of. To my wife and family, for the continued support, always listening and coming to shows. To my dad, Jereme Crow for the awesome cover artwork. To Joe Booley and Beth Shalom Records for taking this project seriously and helping my dreams come true. To Rebecca Singer, Lee Heir and Top Up Management for so much help pushing me over the last few months. To Mike Cuig and Martin Richardson for serious help with the planning of this album, I can't even begin to thank you both for how much you've helped me out. To Josh and Emelie for always keeping me motivated and pushing myself. To Simon and Maddy of Loreley, two of the kindest and funniest people who are the best to play shows with. To Charlie Lawson for so much support. To all the bands I've had a chance to play with over the last few years, in particular Hunting Holly, New Old World, Phase Blue, Mr Happy Chainsaw, Weekend Recovery. To all my friends that always turn up to shows and sing along, even when no one else does, Jack Fryer, Brandon Cloughly, Anthony Gunnarrson, Lee Stansfield. To Brandon Neal for being so damn nice. To everyone and PNRadio. Mike Defendant, Stuart Palmer, Elliot Hudson-Tyler, Alfie James, Matt Buckle, Alex Calver, Lorin Forster, Harrison Rimmer and everyone else I've met along the way. And lastly to my friends.
This was never just a phase, and we will never change our ways.

The songs were written in the backseat of my Toyota 'touryota' car, in the back of bars and, in the case of "Everything We Lost", in an art gallery. Over fifty songs were written for the album, of which eighteen were demoed and twelve were selected.
The album was recorded, mixed and produced by Will Cummings at Horizon Studios in Colchester over three months in early 2017.
